SUNRAY COMMUNITY CENTRE

At first glance appearances are quite deceptive as the Sunray Community Centre was metal clad some years ago to protect the timber framed building - built in 1974.

However on entering the building the appearance is quite different and has a warm and comfortable feel about it. It has been revamped on the inside to complement its activities as a dance centre and social club.

The SUNRAY CLUB holds two regular MONTHLY SOCIALS, one STRICTLY LINEDANCING and the other a MIXED DANCE SOCIAL for a variety of dancing to LIVE ACTS, when both Linedancers, Jivers and Boppers come together. We maybe small but we know how to have a good time. Some of our older members may be passed their prime but still have a great time, singing and clapping along with the music.

AS WELL LINEDANCING, JIVE/R&ROLL & SALSA.

Linedancing is the most popular activity at 'The Club' and there are classes for all levels, so don't be afraid to try.
Many of our dancers have made lot's of new friends since joining and participate in more than one activity.
